This month is jam packed with appointments. Scheduling and dealing with insurance shit is fucking exhausting sometimes.
Finally getting new glasses because I tried Zenni a few months ago and yeah...they were pretty crappy and I'm 99% sure my Rx was wrong.
Went to my first electrolysis session yesterday. I know the expense will be worth it in the long run but damn, it really does a number on my sensitive skin. The pain wasn't too bad, although there were a few moments when I was gripping the chair and trying not to tear up.
Starting using my Nutribullet again. I am trying to get into my old habits and lifestyle. Some of my PCOS symptoms really came back with a vengeance because, well... the past year with Covid, everything went to shit :(
Went to a proper shoe store and invested in good walking shoes. God, I feel old haha
To be fair, my walks are typically 6-10k steps a day. A bit of a splurge, but I don't feel bad about it.
So, I finally decided that it is time to seriously take the steps toward buying a home within the next 2 years. Thankfully, my credit is better shape these days, though still needs work to get the best interest rates. Of course, saving money is my 1# priority. Sometimes I underestimate my expenses and don't have as much I had hoped, but thankfully winter is over and bills will be lower starting this month.
Of course the job situation is another factor. I think they require 2 years at the same employer? So yeah...it will be awhile before I can make it happen, but that won't stop me from dreaming and planning!
