September favorites
Oct. 1st, 2019 08:59 amThis month was mostly uneventful, but here are few of my favorites from September:
Caramel Applewood by Goose Creek Candle Company- smells exactly like eating a caramel apple walking down a tree lined street, watching the leaves fall. I don't know how they did it, but it is amazing.
Autumn Equinox baking- Apple crisp. I have been making the same thing for 7 years; guess it is tradition at this point haha
Fresh granny smith apples tossed in brown sugar and spices, topped with oatmeal, crushed walnuts, cinnamon and butter.
Also made a butternut squash soup with crusty rosemary bread.
The Silver Witch by Paula Brackston- Listened to this on audible. Loved the storyline and the narrator did an AMAZING job. Found a copy of one of her other books, Midnight Witch, at the dollar store of all places!
Mme. Moriarty, Misfortune Teller by BPAL- I've had this for awhile at at first didn't like it. After 6 months or o I think it aged...or something. It smells amazing and I get compliments anytime I wear it. Musk and dark fruits with patchouli. Will definitely be ordering another bottle ASAP
The X-files- decided to rewatch the first few seasons. forgot how much I loved this show<3
Today, I'll be taking down my altar, cleansing, getting out the box of boney bunch and going to the Halloween store. wheeeeee!!!!
