Leo season is well underway.
As much as I absolutely detest the heat (screw all this baking bread for Lammas bullshit), I have noticed that Leo season tends to be good to me.
Around this time in 2015 was when I met my coven. We made a charm bag for my academic success during the upcoming fall term. I ended up on the Dean's List :)
In 2016 during this season, I had the entire apartment to myself for nearly a month before I moved out. So many fun nights, having potlucks and wine & tarot on the patio with friends. *It was such a relief to finally be splitting up with Jason, but leaving Chicago was bittersweet.
Last year, I had created a charm bag for a particular event in which I needed extra confidence, courage and charisma. Worked perfectly, and I honestly I forgot that I had it on me after about 20 minutes or so. That was such an amazing night!!
This time around?
My mane has been looking quite fabulous lately. I decided to go to a real salon instead of $12 hair cuttery. I got a facial too. It was super nice, and the esthetician told me that my skin looked great and that she didn't have any purchase recommendations because she agreed that the products I was using at home are beneficial to my sensitive skin.
That was very flattering to hear.
Also, it validated my indulgent skin care budget.
I don't spend much on makeup, clothes, etc but I AM A WITCH AND NEED MY GLAMOUR POTIONS!
P.S. To all the idiots who shout "hey, are you a vampire?" or "it not raining!!!" when they see me walking with my black umbrella: enjoy your premature wrinkles, darlings.
I don't know what it is, but men are being MEGA flirty with me and I'm actually sorta witty and charming rather than being all weird and oblivious to their signals. There definitely might be a date night in my near future.
Loving the fact that when you search google for "lioness", the first website ad is for a sex toy.
RAWR ;)
